Through the development of its integrated multi-disciplined community services across 34 sites in NSW and QLD, FSA today announced the launch of Family Services House, Illawarra-Shoalhaven Community Services Hub at Civic Plaza, Stockland Shellharbour.
Offering national infrastructure, FSA will continue to expand its national community service footprint while providing local communities access to high quality child, family, early intervention, adult and mental health therapeutic care.
Through 2016 to 2019 FSA has expanded community service Occasions of Service from ~1,000 to 17,468 OoS per annum, while maintaining Client Satisfaction at 94.08% and increasing Employee Satisfaction to 88%.
