Family Services Illawarra joined the NAIDOC week celebrations at Albion Oval. The event was attended by Aboriginal elders, the Mayor of Shellharbour Marianne Saliba, Member for Whitlam Stephen Jones, and numerous community service organisations. There were a number of cultural singing and dance performances by the Illawarra Flame Trees, and Uncle Laddie Timbery of Huskisson showed the kids how to throw a boomerang!
